We can Tailor your requirements to suit your needs; we provide officers and crews from UK and Europe, Philippines, China, Sri Lanka, Poland and Croatia. We provide a full range of personnel from traditional Officer and crew ranks for deep sea and coastal vessels, to some more specialised personnel for Offshore construction projects including Coded Welders, Crane Operators, pipe fitters.  
                                                                                                                                       

Generally our crews consist of  Senior Officers and Junior Officers and Ratings from different part of the world  However any combination of Officers and crew can be put together based on your specific requirements.  however any combination of Officers and crew can be put together based on your specific requirements. We will develop strategies to take into account Ship Owners changing requirements such as vessel numbers, changing trade patterns and type of vessels. 

Payroll / Accounts Service and Offshore Payment Facility

We offer full payroll facility for personnel, full account processing service via office to vessel and client on your behalf, we process and pay allotments and salaries for personnel which where eligible can all be paid using our offshore facility 

Licensing and Documentation

All Flag state licenses are applied for and arranged on your behalf with qualified, competent & experienced personnel in accordance with flag state and STCW requirements

Documentation and training courses will be arranged certified and verified to ensure personnel are fully up to date with relevant documentation.

Training

We ensure all of our personnel are trained to high standards; we utilize extensive training facilities to train our personnel to develop their skills and career We work with ship owners to develop employment and training strategies.

Personnel are appraised regularly and these are closely monitored to be proactive to ensure a consistent high level of seafarer creating a personalized career development.
