• A four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Or Diploma in Nursing
• At least one year hospital experience
• Three years hospital internship
• Average BSN/RLE grades
• Actively working (or volunteering)
• Good communication skills
• Passed English proficiency exams (TOEFL/TSE/MELAB)
• Self-assured / self confident
• Basic computer skills
